Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Transportasi Taksi Blue Bird di Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Variabel independen terdiri atas Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 185 orang responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengguna taksi Blue Bird minimali 2 kali. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
